Der Name leitet sich vom Pal\u00e4olithikum, der Altsteinzeit her. Wissenschaftler wie der Amerikaner Loren Cordain besch\u00e4ftigten sich intensiv mit der Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Lebensweise der Steinzeitmenschen. Sie suchten nach Alternativen zur modernen Ern\u00e4hrung, die oft mit Zivilisationserscheinungen wie Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, Typ-2-Diabetes und Gewichtsproblemen verbunden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergebnisse der Forschungsarbeit zeigen: Die urspr\u00fcngliche Ern\u00e4hrung der J\u00e4ger und Sammler hat viele gesundheitliche Vorteile und l\u00e4sst sich gut mit dem Alltag in der Gro\u00dfstadt vereinbaren. Der Trick besteht darin, verarbeitete Lebensmittel zu meiden und sich auf frische Produkte zu konzentrieren.
