Denn: es reicht nicht aus, die Suppe \u201eeinfach so\u201c in \u201eirgendein Gef\u00e4\u00df\u201c zu f\u00fcllen und dieses dann ins Tiefk\u00fchlfach zu stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit ein paar wenigen Tricks ist es ganz leicht, hier die optimalen Voraussetzungen daf\u00fcr zu schaffen, dass die Suppe nach dem n\u00e4chsten Auftauen immer noch lecker schmeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gl\u00fccklicherweise stellt das richtige Einfrieren von Suppe nat\u00fcrlich kein Hexenwerk dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die folgenden Abschnitte zeigen auf, worauf genau zu achten ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp Nr. 1: Nur kalte Suppen einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierbei handelt es sich um einen beliebten \u201eAnf\u00e4ngerfehler\u201c. Viele Menschen frieren ihre Suppe noch warm (oder sogar hei\u00df) ein. Wichtig ist es jedoch, ausreichend Zeit zum Abk\u00fchlen einzuplanen. Erst dann, wenn die Suppe wirklich kalt ist, sollte sie in ein entsprechendes Beh\u00e4ltnis umgef\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipp Nr. 2: Nicht zu gro\u00dfe Portionen einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist die Suppe erst einmal eingefroren, l\u00e4sst sie sich nicht mehr portionieren. Wer hier auf einen zu gro\u00dfen Beh\u00e4lter gesetzt hat, stellt schnell fest, dass alles aufgetaut werden muss. Doch was, wenn in der \u201ezweiten Suppen-Runde\u201c lediglich eine Portion ben\u00f6tigt wird? Hier ist es sinnvoll, vorzuplanen und von Vornherein auch in kleineren Portionen einzufrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So kann danach ganz nach Bedarf aufgetaut und wieder aufgew\u00e4rmt Gefrorene Suppen bitte nicht in die Mikrowelle stellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag kann die (noch) kalte Suppe dann aus dem K\u00fchlschrank geholt und einen Topf gef\u00fcllt werden. Beim langsamen Erw\u00e4rmen verbreitet sich oft schnell schon wieder der jeweils charakteristische Geruch. Wichtig ist es hier, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig umzur\u00fchren.
