Wer hier nicht aufmerksam bleibt, l\u00e4uft Gefahr \u2013 unter anderem auch in der Hektik des Alltags \u2013 zu viel zu essen, sich ungesund zu ern\u00e4hren und seine Lebensqualit\u00e4t zu mindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich k\u00f6nnen zu viele Kilokalorien auch daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass sich eine Gewichtszunahme einstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein klassisches Vorgehen, das Kilokalorien Z\u00e4hlen, kann jedoch dann auch wiederrum dabei helfen, Gewicht zu verlieren. Doch wie viele Kilokalorien sind pro Tag eigentlich \u201eerlaubt\u201c bzw. welche Grenze sollte beachtet werden, damit das jeweilige Gewicht gehalten werden kann?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie hoch ist der t\u00e4gliche Kalorienbedarf?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie viele Kilokalorien ein Mensch am Tag essen darf, ist von verschiedenen Faktoren abh\u00e4ngig. Unter anderem spielen das Alter, das Gewicht und die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eine entscheidende Rolle. Zudem sollte nat\u00fcrlich auch beachtet werden, dass ein Mensch, der sportlich aktiv ist, mehr Kilokalorien zu sich nehmen kann, ohne zuzunehmen, als jemand, der zehn Stunden des Tages mit einer sitzenden T\u00e4tigkeit verbringt. Daher werden Angaben zu empfohlenen Kalorienmengen in der Regel mit \u201evon\u201c und \u201ebis\u201c angegeben. F\u00fcr Leistungssportler und Menschen mit k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen gelten dann noch einmal andere Werte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die folgenden Standardangaben stellen jedoch einen verl\u00e4sslichen Richtwert dar: Menschen zwischen 19 und 24 Jahren sollten zwischen 1.900 und 2.500 Kilokalorien zu sich nehmen, um den K\u00f6rper mit ausreichend Energie versorgen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab einem Alter von 25 Jahren bis 50 Jahren liegt der durchschnittliche Kalorienbedarf zwischen 1.900 und 2.400 Kilokalorien. F\u00fcr Menschen zwischen 51 bis 64 Jahren gelten 1.800 bis 2.200 Kilokalorien als Richtwert pro Tag.
