Nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn: es ist durchaus m\u00f6glich, dass Veganer und Fleischesser zusammen kochen. Damit genau das gelingt, ist es jedoch unter anderem auch wichtig, einige Tipps zu beachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bitte keine Diskussionen am Herd!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keine Frage: die Art der Ern\u00e4hrung und das, was von verschiedenen Menschen als \u201edie beste L\u00f6sung\u201c empfunden wird, kann durchaus f\u00fcr Diskussionsstoff sorgen. Wer sich jedoch dazu entschlossen hat, zusammen zu kochen, sollte diese unterschiedlichen Einstellungen \u2013 zumindest f\u00fcr den Zeitraum der gemeinsamen Nahrungszubereitung \u2013 ad acta legen und sich den Dingen widmen, die Spa\u00df machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4tze wie \u201eWoher bekommst du eigentlich dein Protein?\u201c oder \u201eWei\u00dft du eigentlich, wie es den Tieren in der Massentierhaltung geht?\u201c sind \u2013 unter anderem des lieben Friedens Willen \u2013 tabu. Denn: selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist es nicht \u201everboten\u201c, hier ein wenig die F\u00fchler auszustrecken und sich gegebenenfalls inspirieren zu lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schnell f\u00e4llt in diesem Zusammenhang auf, wie leicht etwaige Vorurteile abgebaut werden k\u00f6nnen. Es ist beispielsweise nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig schwer, komplett tierfrei zu kochen. Vielmehr helfen zahlreiche Ersatzprodukte, aber auch pflanzliche Alternativen dabei, den eigenen kulinarischen Horizont noch etwas zu erweitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit \u2013 Partnerschaften zwischen Veganern und Omnivoren k\u00f6nnen funktionieren!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es handelt sich um ein Vorurteil, dass Partnerschaften zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lidl-kochen.de\/kochideen\/vegan\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Vegane Ern\u00e4hrung\">vegan<\/a>- und omnivor lebenden Menschen per se zum Scheitern verurteilt seien. Ein Blick auf die Realit\u00e4t zeigt, dass viele Paare hier deutlich toleranter sind als oft angenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit gemeinsame Kochabende jedoch gelingen k\u00f6nnen, ist es wichtig, auf Endlos-Diskussionen zu verzichten und stattdessen auch hin und wieder Interesse an neuen Rezepten und Zutaten zu zeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinzu kommt, dass Kochabende nicht immer nur auf einem Gericht aufgebaut sein m\u00fcssen, wenn es darum geht, gemeinsam in der K\u00fcche zu \u201ezaubern\u201c. Im Gegenteil! Viele Menschen empfinden es als durchaus inspirierend, ein Men\u00fc mit m\u00f6glichst vielen Bestandteilen zu zaubern und so ihre Individualit\u00e4t auch innerhalb einer Partnerschaft immer wieder zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
