Hobbyk\u00f6che profitieren in diesem Zusammenhang von dem Vorteil, dass es etliche Rezepte gibt, die sich mit dieser spannenden Leckerei befassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als \u201eGrundregel\u201c gilt hierbei jedoch, dass Spargel \u2013 egal, ob gr\u00fcn oder wei\u00df \u2013 nicht einfach so gekocht werden darf. Damit der Geschmack ideal zur Geltung kommen kann, braucht es einige, wenige Tricks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer das beste aus diesem Lebensmittel herausholen m\u00f6chte, sollte jedoch schon vor dem Kochen, n\u00e4mlich beim Sch\u00e4len, ansetzen. Die jeweilige Menge ist im Wesentlichen vom pers\u00f6nlichen Geschmack abh\u00e4ngig. Wie viel Salz in das Wasser geh\u00f6rt, kann jeder f\u00fcr sich selbst entscheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer auf Salz komplett verzichten m\u00f6chte (oder gerade kein Salz zur Hand hat), kann als Alternative auch Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche nutzen. Damit der nat\u00fcrliche Geschmack des Spargels nicht beeinflusst wird, ist es jedoch wichtig, auf eine Br\u00fche zu setzen, die ohne W\u00fcrze, ohne Hefeextrakt und ohne Natriumglutamat auskommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zucker\">Zucker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In vielen Spargelrezepten wird darauf verwiesen, wie wichtig es sei, dem Kochwasser ein wenig Zucker zuzuf\u00fcgen. Fr\u00fcher nutzte man diese Zutat noch, um mit ihrer Hilfe m\u00f6gliche Bitterstoffe im Spargel zu neutralisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der deutsche Spargel wurde mittlerweile jedoch so gez\u00fcchtet, dass nahezu keine Bitterstoffe mehr vorhanden sind. Denn: der Zitronensaft kann das Chlorophyll aus dem Spargel ziehen und hat somit einen bleichenden Effekt.
